I just love a good soup. Especially one that reminds me of cheeseburgers! This is just one of those classically good recipes made from scratch but oh-so simple to put together.

Miss Add loved this soup. It was a delicious way to add in some veggies that she is more than willing to eat right up! We love having this soup in the fridge to grab for a quick and yummy lunch.

Random note? I think this would be super yummy with some pickles thrown in as a garnish. Definitely something to try only if you are a pickle fan… but I have to say the next time we whip it up I will be trying it!
